Rotary
is organized at club, district and international levels to carry
out its program of service around the world. Rotarians are members
of their club, which is a member of the global association known
as Rotary International. Each club elects its own officers and enjoys
considerable autonomy within the framework of its constitution and
bylaws.
Clubs are grouped into Rotary districts, each led by a District
Governor who is an officer of Rotary International The Don Mills
club is one of 55 clubs in District 7070. This District extends
from Alliston in the Northwest corner, south to Toronto and the
east to Belleville and Picton. There are many active clubs in the
towns outside Toronto and another 24 in Toronto. The District is
led by the District Governor, who in turn is supported by Assistant
District Governors and District Committees
